Each year, the JCCM holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the fall. At this meeting, to which all members of the organization are invited, the Board of Directors takes stock of the previous year and the coming year.

All members who attend the AGM in person are called upon to make certain decisions, including voting on resolutions submitted to the AGM and approving the appointment of new directors. They may also ask questions on a relevant topic related to the activities of the JCCM.

The agenda and documentation will be sent to members in advance, as well as the login information for this AGM in virtual mode.

In short, participating in the AGM is an opportunity to learn more about the organization, but also a concrete gesture to contribute to the operation and success of the JCCM!

Schedule

    • 17h15 : Opening of the virtual room
    • 5:30 pm: AGM begins
    • 6:30 pm: End of the AGM
