The Honorary President

Philippe Stas Honorary President 2026

It is with immense joy and deep pride that I have accepted the honorary presidency of the JCCM's ARISTA Competition. After working with world-class organizations, where excellence and innovation are the driving forces behind every success, I find in Montreal's next generation of business leaders that same passion for excellence and that incredible ability to turn every challenge into a springboard for opportunity.

In a world that is changing at breakneck speed, the bold vision of our young leaders is not only inspiring: it is indispensable. Whether by integrating sustainable practices, reinventing business models, or pushing the boundaries of creativity, you are breathing new life into our city's economy. Your dynamism is literally the fuel for our collective future.

As the innovation leader at ADM Aéroports de Montréal, I am deeply inspired by those who succeed in combining economic performance with positive social impact. In my view, the ARISTA Competition is the ideal platform for bringing to light and promoting these ideas that are transforming the world.

To you, young entrepreneurs, committed professionals, and creators of change: DARE!

Dare to take your place, make your voice heard, and share your vision. Seize this unique opportunity to showcase your journey and inspire an entire community.

I look forward to learning about your projects, ambitions, and achievements!

Philippe Stas,
Vice President, Services, Commercial, and Innovation,
ADM Aéroports de Montréal

Testimonial

«This incredible opportunity made me grow, deepen and validate this entrepreneurial vocation.»

"The ARISTA contest was a great opportunity for me to go beyond my comfort zone, and it boosted my confidence. It wasn't necessarily fear, but that famous question I sometimes ask myself: should I take part? Well, the answer is yes! This incredible opportunity made me grow, deepen and validate this entrepreneurial vocation. I even had the privilege of sitting in front of a panel of experts who asked me questions about my career path. Now, when people ask me what my background is, my answer is: in French, English or Creole?"
