Every year, the JCCM relies on the commitment of 120 to 150 dynamic volunteers! To match their interests and skills, volunteers have the opportunity to work on various committees specific to the events or topics they represent. It's thanks to the analytical spirit and fresh ideas of our volunteers that the JCCM organizes some of Montreal's biggest events every year. By becoming a volunteer, you'll have the chance to develop your project or team management skills, expand your professional network and improve your leadership qualities!
Early in my career, I was a member of the JCCM, a committed volunteer and eventually vice-president of the executive committee. This involvement had a positive impact on my career and the development of my network. By organizing events and working on committees, I forged strong ties that continue to this day! Getting involved with the JCCM can be a truly memorable and fun experience!

The Communications and Public Affairs Committee is tasked with strengthening the JCCM’s voice and visibility in the public sphere and the media. This committee supports the JCCM in its strategic positioning, government relations, and media operations. Learn more about the committee’s mandate.
The Partnerships and Philanthropy Committee is tasked with developing and securing revenue for the JCCM through sponsorships and philanthropy. The Member Experience and Programming Committee is responsible for designing an inspiring annual program and ensuring the quality of the experience for every JCCM member. The GRRAM ad hoc committee is responsible for planning and organizing the JCCM’s annual flagship event. This committee oversees all aspects of the design, programming, and logistics for the Grande Rencontre, in collaboration with the permanent staff. Learn more about the committee’s mandate.
By completing this form, you will automatically be added to our database of occasional volunteer candidates. Subsequently, depending on the needs expressed by the various committees in terms of skills and expertise, volunteer candidates will receive an invitation to join one of our many projects. Of course, your interests and availability will be taken into account, so that we can offer you the best possible volunteer experience!
