Every year, the JCCM relies on the commitment of 120 to 150 dynamic volunteers! To match their interests and skills, volunteers have the opportunity to work on various committees specific to the events or topics they represent. It's thanks to the analytical spirit and fresh ideas of our volunteers that the JCCM organizes some of Montreal's biggest events every year. By becoming a volunteer, you'll have the chance to develop your project or team management skills, expand your professional network and improve your leadership qualities!
Early in my career, I was a member of the JCCM, a committed volunteer and eventually vice-president of the executive committee. This involvement had a positive impact on my career and the development of my network. By organizing events and working on committees, I forged strong ties that continue to this day! Getting involved with the JCCM can be a truly memorable and fun experience!

The mission of the Ideation and Programming Committee is to develop and deploy dynamic and relevant annual programming, focusing on the JCCM's five priorities. This committee aims to provide tools, but also to respond nimbly to the needs of our members. Its vision is to provide innovative and inspiring programming that supports members' ambitions and needs, while respecting the JCCM's strategic priorities.

The mission of the Marketing and Content Creation Committee is to amplify the messages and priorities of the JCCM and its members through the promotion and outreach of their initiatives and activities. Divided into three sections - management, audiovisual/visual and editorial - the committee is committed to highlighting JCCM members by developing concepts for interviews, articles and strategic portraits.

The Strategy Committee plays an essential role in partnering with senior management to guide and shape the organization's strategic vision. Working closely with management, this committee develops innovative strategies to stimulate the professional development of Montreal's business community. The mission of the Event Logistics Committee is to support the organization and ensure the smooth logistics of JCCM events, in keeping with the organization's values of dynamism, collaboration and eco-responsibility. It plays an active role in ensuring the smooth running of key activities such as training sessions, networking events, the Arista Gala and the Grande rencontre de la relève d'affaires de Montréal (GRRAM).

The Chief volunteer officer (CVO) is to structure, energize and enrich the experience of JCCM volunteers. He acts as a link between committees, volunteers and management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
