The Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal (hereinafter "JCCM," "we," "our," and "us") pays special attention to the protection of your Personal Information. Personal Information is hosted on Google Cloud and Salesforce servers. You can request additional information about the geographical location of the servers.
You have the right to ask us to delete or modify certain Personal Information about you.
As soon as you submit a request for deletion or modification of Personal Information, it is analyzed by our teams, and deletion and update requests in the databases are processed within 30 days. The transmission of the request to subcontractors is also done promptly.
Where possible, we delete Personal Information when its retention is no longer necessary. For legal reasons, certain Personal Information may be retained by JCCM according to the retention period prescribed by applicable law or regulation.
You can withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and communication of your Personal Information at any time, subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions and with reasonable notice.
