What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Click on the "Member Area" button, then on "Forgot your password? You will then be able to enter your e-mail address and receive a unique link to create a new password. You can also change your password at any time directly in your Member Area in the "My account" section.
How long does my JCCM membership last?
A JCCM membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.
Example: If you become a member on May 1, 2024, your membership will expire on April 30, 2025.Is my membership renewal automatic?
No, your membership is for one year. After your membership expires, if you have not renewed, you will become a "non-member".
How do I renew my membership?
Go to your Member Area, in the My Account section. You can click on the "Renew" button, only available one month before your membership expires.
Can I change my membership type before my subscription expires?
Yes, but under certain conditions. Members with a JCCM membership can switch to a JCCM+ membership at any time. Conversely, someone with a JCCM+ membership cannot switch to a JCCM membership. They will have to wait until their membership expires.
What is your refund policy regarding my JCCM membership or event registration?
We want to offer our members the best possible experience while ensuring the sustainability of our activities. Bank transaction fees apply to both purchases and refunds, which generates additional costs for the organization.
JCCM+ memberships
Individual memberships are non-refundable. We invite you to check with your employer to see if a corporate membership is available before proceeding with your individual registration.
Event registrations
Refund requests for events are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
