Who is this program for?
This training program, presented by Dialogue and Énergir, enables young entrepreneurs and professionals to define and embody their personal leadership style. Designed as a three-session program, it provides an authentic space for exchange where experienced leaders share both their successes and failures, and where participants can ask real questions, share their challenges, and put their learning into practice through hands-on workshops.
