The annual networking event for boards of directors and candidates from Montreal and Quebec's diverse community

Organized by Concertation Montréal (CMTL) on April 29, 2025 in downtown Montreal, Find your board of directors is a not-to-be-missed event that will bring together professionals from diverse backgrounds and representatives of organizations with board positions to fill, who are keen to diversify their boards to make them more representative of Quebec society.

The JCCM is proud to sponsor this privileged meeting, enabling professionals from different backgrounds to dialogue with representatives of boards of directors seeking to renew their governance. Our ambition? To build bridges that reflect the richness and plurality of contemporary Quebec society.

Find your board of directors aims to encourage networking and exchanges, and to promote inclusive governance. The 2024 edition saw the appointment of 43 new directors to 26 of the 49 organizations present.

Open and accessible, this event is entirely free of charge. It will welcome participants from Montreal and all regions of Quebec, fostering innovative and inclusive networking.
