Promoting Women Leaders at Cain Lamarre

As a lawyer at Cain Lamarre, Andréa Provencher has set herself the challenge of building a community of impact centered on the women leaders at her firm. Her initial observation: in the legal profession, the presence of inspiring role models plays a decisive role in the professional development of young female lawyers. However, due to the size of the organization, many of these figures remain largely unknown to new professionals.

Her project: organizing days of activities, panels, roundtables, and group mentoring to highlight these leaders and remind young professionals that they are surrounded by remarkable women who are accessible and ready to offer support and advice.
