As a program manager at Bell Canada, Augustin Bouchard set himself the challenge of modernizing the processing of the thousands of paper bills his company receives for its electricity consumption. His project: to go paperless with these bills and automate the payment process for all of Bell’s physical locations in Quebec.

Beyond reducing the paper footprint, the goal is to pave the way for a more detailed and proactive analysis of energy consumption data—an approach that is fully aligned with Bell Canada’s commitments to sustainable development.
