Each year, the JCCM offers its members the opportunity to be matched with a seasoned business leader for an enriching mentoring experience.

Through this initiative, we aim to forge a constructive harmony between our experienced mentors, our mentees, and our vast business network, by closely aligning skills and expertise with the particular needs of each mentee. The essence of the program lies in our commitment to providing our members with insightful advice and concrete tools, empowering them while enabling them to successfully overcome future challenges.

1 - An online pre-launch evening to optimize the mentoring experience. This evening will enable mentors and mentees to learn about best practices and master the roles of mentor and mentee.

2 - A launch evening (date to be confirmed for February) to enable a first face-to-face mentor-mentee meeting in a networking format at the premises of our propelling partner Brio Conseils.

3 - Following these two events, we require a minimum of two meetings between mentor and mentee (according to a mutually agreed schedule) between March and July 2024.

Your role as a mentor involves devoting a minimum of two meetings to your mentee. During these exchanges, you will share your skills, expertise and advice to help them progress in their career path. Your participation in the training and the program launch event at the beginning of 2024 is also compulsory for participation in the mentoring program.
