As Head of Contract Affairs and Corporate Support at Énergir, Élodie Michaud has set herself the challenge of improving workplace well-being by creating more opportunities for colleagues to meet and expand their internal networks. Her starting point: the observation that professional development is built less through formal training than through encounters, exchanges, and human connections.

Her project: to devise simple, voluntary, and inclusive initiatives to strengthen the sense of belonging that is already part of Énergir’s identity, and to offer every employee a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and truly themselves.
