The One Young World conference, which brings together 2,500 young leaders from 190 countries, is being held in Montreal for the first time.

Listen to Marie-Krystine Longpré, our Executive Director at the JCCM (partner of the One Young World 2024 Summit), as she discusses the event with 98.5 host Philippe Cantin.

“Tomorrow, we'll be talking about sustainable peace. Today, it was all about our relationship with biodiversity and artificial intelligence. And then we talked about reconciliation with aboriginal peoples. So, these are really issues that directly affect young people not only from Montreal and Quebec, but from all over the world. That's the beauty of this event, is that we realize that the world's youth share the same concerns.”
