Authentic networking

In this final episode of the Special Issue, Tracy Paulotte, Head of Programs and Outreach, Fondation Dynastie and volunteer on the ideation and content committee, meets Prima Mabonzo, senior business analyst and founder of Kisina Déco. Prima takes us on a journey, from arriving in Sherbrooke for her studies to building a professional network that has transformed her career trajectory.

We explore the art of networking beyond the clichés: how to make authentic connections when arriving in a new country, the concrete impact of these relationships on a career, and strategies for those who are naturally more introverted. Prima shares her perspective on the value of human connections and how they can open unexpected doors.

An enriching conversation about integration, entrepreneurship and the power of authentic professional relationships.
