Turning Environmental Commitment into Collective Action at Power Sustainable

As a Fund Evaluation and Performance Associate at Power Sustainable, Juliette Lapointe has set herself the challenge of creating concrete and accessible opportunities for her colleagues to turn their environmental intentions into action. Her project: the Power Sustainable Impact Days, a structured initiative that brings together two environmentally focused volunteer activities each year, including a riverbank cleanup in the spring and a tree-planting event in the fall.

Beyond the environmental impact, the initiative also aims to strengthen organizational culture and bonds among colleagues, using collective engagement as a unifying force for the entire team.
