The guests explore their professional and personal motivations for getting involved to support Quebec's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Together, they discuss their atypical backgrounds and their vision of progress, and Tiamy talks about her impact project in the field of well-being at work, which she is developing within the JCCM's Génération d'impact program.

The discussion covers the similarities and differences between intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs, and how organizations can become fertile ground for impact intrapreneurs. The episode concludes with practical advice for young professionals looking to get involved with start-ups and innovative organizations.
