Impact and sustainability in law: the strategies of an intrapreneur

In this episode, Gabrielle Landry talks to Siddhartha Borissov-Beausoleil, a lawyer in Lavery's Business Law Group in Montreal, specializing in transactional and commercial law. Together, he and she explore how intrapreneurship can foster the integration of impact and sustainability values into the legal sector, often perceived as traditional and strict.

Siddhartha shares his experience in governance and social innovation, illustrating how young professionals can be catalysts for change within law firms and corporate legal departments. He highlights concrete strategies for changing the profession and promoting more responsible practices.
