Sitting for change: Intrapreneurship at the heart of boardrooms

In this episode, Sephora Okounou talks to Sarah Bilson (in charge of government affairs at the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal) and Marion Harvey (senior consultant specializing in sustainable finance and ESG performance at Environnement Québec) about the impact of intrapreneurship through governance.

They explore how sitting on a board of directors enables women to be agents of change and integrate impact values in sectors such as culture and the environment, which are often faced with resource constraints. Sarah and Marion share their experience of governance and explain how the diversity of profiles and the presence of young professionals can strengthen innovation and intrapreneurship.

Through their experiences, they provide concrete advice for those who wish to get involved in governance and contribute to sustainable transformations within their organization.
