Impact intrapreneurship: a key to maximizing the impact of NPOs

In this episode, Sephora Okounou, volunteer in charge of the JCCM's creative marketing committee, talks with Linda Tchombé, director of philanthropic development at the Foundation of Greater Montreal, about the impact of intrapreneurship within NPOs, particularly in the philanthropic sector.

They explore how employees can become agents of change in their organization without having to change, and why impact intrapreneurship is essential to maximize the impact of NPOs, despite limited resources. Linda shares her experience of more than eight years in philanthropy, her impact project developed as part of the JCCM's Generation of Impact program, and the challenges she has encountered.

Through this exchange, she offers concrete advice for those wishing to engage in impact intrapreneurship, present their projects to their organizations and create lasting change in their communities.

We would also like to thank our major partners Bell, CN and the City of Montreal for their support throughout the year.

This project is made possible thanks to the financial participation of the Quebec government.
