Since March 2020, we have witnessed a reorganization of the work mode into a hybrid formula, accelerated by the pandemic and its effects on our mental and physical health. Faced with this new reality and the blurring of the line between personal and professional life, the JCCM believes it is more than necessary to open the discussion on mental health and the right to disconnect at work!

According to Habi, it is essential to be able to identify workplace discomforts and name them to better seek help from the appropriate individuals.
