From September 18 to 21, Montreal welcomed for the first time more than 2,000 young leaders to One Young World, the world's largest youth summit. These young people, with their unwavering determination to transform the way they live and work, spent four days exchanging ideas on how to create a more sustainable world.

But once the summit is over, where will these young people and so many others who share the same ambition for transformation go? For the vast majority, they will return to the organizations where they are employed, their heads full of ideas that have the potential to have a profoundly positive impact on our business models and practices.
