Turning FGM Events into Powerful Tools for Impact

As Senior Advisor for Internal Communications and Events at the Foundation of Greater Montreal (FGM), Marion Daul has set herself the challenge of creating an impact-driven event charter to ensure that FGM events are both eco-friendly and inclusive. Her starting point: identifying the gaps between the values upheld by the Foundation and certain logistical realities of its events, such as the amount of uneaten food.

Guided by her organization’s JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) plan, Marion seeks to transform this commitment to doing better into a structured process, equipped with concrete tools shared by the entire team and, ultimately, by the Foundation’s entire ecosystem.
