As an analyst at UV Assurance, Nakita Rao has set herself the challenge of strengthening the connection between mutualists and their organization by translating the values of the mutualist model into meaningful initiatives. Her initial conviction: individuals, companies, and governments too often pass the buck on social and environmental issues without offering real levers for action.

Her project aims to create a space where mutualists can voice their concerns, and where UV Assurance can mobilize its capabilities and network to transform these concerns into concrete solutions, in line with its core belief: “Together, we change lives.”
