In her opinion, moving forward, even imperfectly, is always better than standing still.

Among her favorite places in Montreal to reflect, work, or recharge, Cassandra mentions Café Velours in the Villeray neighborhood, a welcoming spot where she has spent many hours working, studying, and chatting.

In her daily life, she also strives to maintain balance through simple habits: staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and exercising. Having recently reintroduced exercise into her routine, she is already seeing the benefits.
