IMPACTFUL GENERATION. Les Affaires presents the leaders of tomorrow from the third cohort of Generation Impact, an intrapreneur training program run by the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal and Fondaction, with the support of Pôle IDEOS-HEC Montréal.

Les Affaires (L.A.) - What's the challenge you'd like to tackle with Génération d'impact?

Ai Quan Lam - My impact challenge is to encourage discussion of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) issues among public service employees, by publishing on my organization's intranet testimonials from managers from diverse backgrounds in order to raise their profile. The testimonials will raise awareness of these issues among all employees, while highlighting managers from minority groups. The aim of this challenge is to raise awareness and inspire all employees about the realities faced by everyone.
