IMPACTFUL GENERATION. Les Affaires presents the leaders of tomorrow from the third cohort of Generation Impact, an intrapreneur training program run by the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal and Fondaction, with the support of Pôle IDEOS-HEC Montréal.

Les Affaires (L.A.) - What's the challenge you'd like to tackle with Génération d'impact?

Marie-Eve Goulet — I want to strengthen the accessibility of Fondaction's recruitment process by improving job postings to make them more accessible, inclusive and adapted to various realities, such as neurodivergence, dyslexia and people for whom French is not their mother tongue.

This also includes the identification of support measures to be put in place during the recruitment process, as well as the development of partnerships with organizations that facilitate access to these resources for the candidates concerned. Ultimately, my aim is to increase the number of people requiring accessibility accommodations who join Fondaction.
