IMPACTFUL GENERATION. Les Affaires presents the leaders of tomorrow from the third cohort of Generation Impact, an intrapreneur training program run by the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal and Fondaction, with the support of Pôle IDEOS-HEC Montréal.

Les Affaires (L.A.) - What's the challenge you'd like to tackle with Génération d'impact?

Rosanne Sorel-SousaThe integration of young professionals into WSP's Canadian Client Program. WSP's Canadian Client Program is a strategic initiative aimed at consolidating client relationships by combining the technical expertise of our employees with a forward-looking approach to offer clients a value-added service that is superior to what exists elsewhere, thereby positioning WSP as a key partner for these clients. Currently, few young professionals participate in this program.

As a young professional myself, my ultimate goal is to create networking and collaboration opportunities for WSP's young professionals to showcase and enhance their expertise. The aim is to ensure that all generations working at WSP can benefit from the technical expertise of the young professionals who work there, and that customers can benefit from it via the Customer Program. To encourage this, I'm participating in a pilot project this spring in Montreal where young WSP professionals will take part in a networking event as part of WSP's Canadian Client Program.

If the results are positive, and I'm convinced they will be, the project will be rolled out nationally and other young professionals will be invited to take part in these events.
