Tiamy Treguer — I want to reduce social inequalities by acting on access to two essential resources: time and money. These levers play a decisive role in the opportunities available to individuals throughout their professional and personal careers.


My ambition is to create a playbook for companies to facilitate the introduction of sabbatical leave that adapts to as many realities (sizes, sectors) as possible. Although this practice does exist, it remains a privilege reserved for a minority. By integrating it into company policies...
