Les Affaires (L.A.) - What's the challenge you'd like to tackle with Génération d'impact?

Ye’elena Tchana Crève-Coeur — As part of the Generating Impact program, my project aims to create a group to provide our executive leaders with unique perspectives on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA). The purpose of this group would be to provide insights and feedback from a DEIA perspective when developing new projects, investments or strategic initiatives, to ensure that they are equitable and accessible from the outset.

By applying a DEIA perspective to the decision-making process, this group, composed not only of members from equity-deserving groups, but also representing diverse social identities, would offer new and innovative perspectives to enable our leaders to respond fully to the challenges of today and tomorrow.

My organization offers employees from equity-seeking groups the opportunity to network, educate and raise awareness. This project will give these groups an upstream voice by giving them the opportunity to share their perspectives with our leaders in the decision-making process.
