True leadership does not come from a title or hierarchy. It arises in every decision you make, every conversation you have, every moment you act.

Who is this program for?

The Leadership Program is designed for professionals who wish to strengthen their leadership skills, whether or not they hold a management position.

This training program will help you define and embody your personal leadership style. Throughout the three-session program, experienced leaders will share their failures as well as their successes with you. It is a space to ask your real questions, share your challenges, and put your newly acquired skills into practice.

Concrete tools to improve your leadership on a daily basis
A network of contacts with other professionals
A better understanding of your strengths and areas for development
Concrete feedback from established leaders

* Registration will take place in the fall of 2025 for sessions on April 14, April 28, and May 12, 2026.
** The group consists of 25 people.
