Young Administrators Network

The Young Administrators Network program enables young business people to understand the role of administrator on a board of directors, to prepare to sit on or better contribute to the board of directors of a non-profit organization (NPO).

Each cohort, two per year, is made up of around twenty participants selected for their skills, involvement and motivation. Apply quickly to take advantage of this unique training program!

The RJA program takes place over two sessions that include:

  • 4 training modules (legal, governance, financial resources and strategy) ;
  • 1 simulated board meeting;
  • 1 evening of "Speed Board Dating" with organizations looking for board members at the end of the course;
  • 1 certificate of successful completion of the course (conditional on attendance at both training days and Speed Board Dating).
