JCCM

What is change? It's refusing the status quo. The business world has evolved over the past years, but this transformation remains insufficient. Glass ceiling barriers persist, age is still linked to credibility, and carbon emissions continue to rise.

There is work left to be done, and challenges to be overcome. But let's take a look back: what path have we traveled? Since 1931, the JCCM has thrived as a vibrant exchange space, transforming today's young talent into tomorrow's visionaries.

→ In 1956, we took the initiative to welcome women within our institution, paving the way for equality.
→ In 1976, we made history by appointing our first female president, challenging established norms.
→ In 1972, we made firm commitments to combat pollution.
→ In 2021, thanks to our White Paper on Women's Entrepreneurship and Motherhood, the RQAP was enhanced to contribute to the growth of women entrepreneurs and self-employed workers.
→ Then, in 2022, a bold vision gave birth to a climate expertise hub, a lever for sustainable transformation.

However, change has not yet reached its full potential. That's why we stand by your side, accompanying and supporting your vision of a more equitable, sustainable, and promising world. Because at the JCCM, we believe that change starts with you.

A more accessible new membership

And to underscore our commitment to greater inclusivity, we are now introducing a new free membership tier that grants access to:

-Our entire online program;
-A brand-new networking and learning platform;
-An organization contact directory;
-A discussion forum to engage with the community;
-The ability to publish posts on the website and the organization.

This initiative aims to expand our network and open our doors to an even more diverse range of young talents. Because for authentic and powerful change, every voice matters, and we are determined to provide a space where they can resonate together to shape an innovative and supportive future.

Finally, we are also introducing the JCCM+ subscription. In addition to the benefits offered with the free membership, this enhanced experience provides access to in-person networking and training activities, the mentorship program, conferences, as well as exclusive events and discounts.

From the presidency to The Collective

Often at the forefront of societal progress, the JCCM has decided to undergo a second major transformation, shifting from the role of presidency to that of an engaged The Collective of ambassadors and spokespersons. This change reflects the deep plurality ingrained in our society, offering everyone the opportunity to express themselves through our organization, with the aim of serving our members and the business community's next generation in a compassionate manner.

The strength of the Collective lies in its diversity and its deep commitment to making the JCCM an effective and credible agent of change. The role of ambassador within the JCCM transcends mere honorary titles to embrace the responsibility of amplifying the organization's mission and core values.

The Collective consists of a total of four members :
